  • Teleservice enables quick actions in order to solve technical problems even before clients realize functional errors.
  • Errors can be indicated at every time to our service hotline (see left). We guarantee a solution in appropriate time for our clients.

Second-Life

We complete our service in the area of terminal equipments with our Second-Life program: We repair your Optiset and Octophon telephones and, furthermore, you can acquire products of favourable prices of our Second-Life production. Second-Life is a refurbishment of telephones. Already used circuit boards will be installed into new casings. These devises are optical in a complete new state. Another part of Second-Life is the reconditioning of telephones. We repair and clean terminal equipments and replace worn out parts and check all functions. These devises might show signs of use, but have a full two year guarantee.
